What if my flight is delayed or early?
No problem. My drivers use flight tracking apps on their smartphones to ensure they are up to date with your flight status and will be waiting for your Bali Airport Transfer even if your flight has been delayed or is arriving earlier than scheduled.

We are looking to book return transfers to the airport for our two families – total of 7 people. For the arrival transfer we are being taken to the same hotel however for the departure, we are staying at two different hotels which are less than 5 minutes drive apart so I was wondering if it’s possible to do two pickups for the return to the airport? If so, Should I list two hotels in the booking form?

I have a bit of a complicated ask so want to get your advice before I book. I have a large group of friends flying in for my wedding. I will need airport transfers to our place in Canguu on March 8th then transfers from Canguu to the airport on March 15th 2025.
Problem is for airport pickup: my friends are flying in on a handful of different flights on March 8th. My plan is to book a few vans coming at a few different times based on the latest flight landing time within the the group – then coordinate a meeting place and sign with my name everyone can go to + provide whats app numbers as needed. It’s going to be between 14-16 people. Will this be an issue for you?
For the pickup in Canguu and back to DPS it will be easy because everyone is leaving at check out (11am). So however many vans I need I will just have come all at once for that way.
Another issue is I imagine each person is likely to have 2 pieces of large checked luggage and a carry suitcase on with them since this is a wedding. With this amount of luggage, how many people and luggage can fit in a single van of yours? Once confirm this will help me gauge how many vans to book lol. Also: if there any additional fee for “too much luggage”?

No issue at all.
Depending on the size of each arriving group, you can simply book a regular Bali Airport Transfer for each group. (4 passengers with luggage).
A minivan can hold up to 9 with luggage.
There is no extra charge for “too much luggage,” so no need to stress about that.
For your return trip, you can book a Transfer to Bali Airport from Canggu.
For your time in Bali, consider a 19-seat Minibus Rental. (Unfortunately not available for airport transfers)

If the mobility scooter somehow retractable or foldable, then I would suggest booking the Bali Airport Transfer and choosing the Innova (slightly larger SUV)
If not, then I would suggest opting for the Minivan.

Hi Michael, I should have booked my pick-up and return on the same form…for some reason I thought the form would not allow me to select a different hotel to be picked up from. Would it have saved me some money to book them together? if not, we’ll just leave it.
I am also curious why the ride is almost the same price from Canggu as Denpasar — Ubud was, it’s s shorter distance?
