After your dolphin watching experience, your driver can take you to your Lovina cooking class.

Your Lovina cooking class will be hosted by Meja Satu, a family-owned program managed by Tammy and her father, Danny – a professional chef with decades of kitchen experience under his belt. I’ve personally met with Danny and the first thing I noticed was his passion for the art of cooking.

The cooking class aims to provide with an in-depth experience, throwing you into the richness of Indonesian and Balinese cuisines. Here is where you’ll learn about the wide variety of spices Indonesia is famous for.

You’ll be learning in a fully stacked kitchen with all the necessary utensil and equipment. The environment is spacious and well-lit, providing the perfect space to learn cooking.


Cooking Class Menu

There are 2 main menus to choose from where you can select the dishes that interest you the most – Indonesian Menu and the Dessert Menu. Danny will help recommend some if you are unfamiliar with Indonesian food. Here are some of the dishes you can learn to make at the Lovina cooking class:
