Do you work directly with drivers or is it a referral system?
We work directly with a handful of some of the best drivers in Bali. We do not have a referral system nor will we ever refer you to drivers we don’t personally know.
How much experience do your drivers have?
All of our drivers have been in the private driver / tour business since the early 2000s. They all have extensive knowledge and experience with Bali’s culture. Most of our drivers are native Balinese and are proud to serve those who are interested in their home and culture.
Can I pay in cash?
All payments are handled online through Stripe (a payment gateway). This way, we can confirm your booking instantly, reduce the risk of no-shows, and be ready for you to arrive.
Additionally, online bookings provide you with a secure and traceable transaction, giving you a peace of mind when making a booking.
How far ahead should I make a booking?
Whether booking an airport transfer or a day tour, you can book up to 1 day before. Of course, it’s always better to plan ahead and book as soon as you can. We can always make date changes if there is enough time.
What if I have a multi-day custom itinerary?

Do you make commission from attractions?
No, unlike most tour companies, we do not make a commission from suggesting attractions or taking you there. Our tours that include entrances fees are exactly as charged on location at the ticket booths and we do not inflate the price to make a profit from it.
Can I book a car and driver from a street kiosk instead?
If you staying in a popular tourist area in Bali, you will come across small kiosks that offer very cheap driver and tour services. The problem with these is that they are often middle for other companies and the prices is almost never what is displayed on the sign. The cheap price is just to get you to inquire.
The other problem is that you won’t know who your driver is, whether they are knowledgeable or not, and whether you will have a good experience. There will also be no platform for you to leave a review or complaint.

What is your cancellation policy?
50% of your booking can be cancelled if 7 days before your tour. This is to compensate your driver who will have refused other bookings to accommodate yours. Many of our drivers rely on bookings to survive and provide for their families. However, we are lenient on date changes. You can simply reply to your booking email if you need to change your date.
