Your airport transfer booking is confirmed and you have been sent an email receipt from Stripe confirming payment to The Bali Experience Company Pty Ltd.

You will also receive an email confirmation from me within minutes with important transfer details.

Please ensure you put in your address book to make sure important emails don’t end up in your spam folder (and check your spam folder for an email from me. If it is in your spam folder, take it out and place it in your inbox).

I will email you your driver’s contact details, including his phone number and profile photo before your trip. If your booking is for tomorrow you will likely get it overnight.

The drivers I collaborate with really appreciate you making a booking. Without pre-booked reservations, they rely on picking up random jobs at very short notice, so a big thank you for supporting local drivers.

50% of your booking can be refunded if cancelled outside 7 days of your tour date. This compensates our drivers as they would have refused other jobs to confirm your booking.  Otherwise, no refunds or date changes are permitted.

Should something happen to your travel plans and cancellation is unavoidable please refer to your travel insurance because no refunds will be permitted. Even if this is through no fault of your own, it is also not the drivers’ fault either, and the funds already paid to them cannot be recalled.
